1989 Ford Bronco Custom Mudbogger in Collingwood, ON

$3,500

Seller note:

This truck is not road legal and would need a crap ton of work to get it there.. you need a car trailer or we have a tow bar that you could use just wouldn't recommend it for long distances
it does have some pink on it but i would be more than happy to buy a can of spray paint and get rid of it for you.. I'm also covering up the Hick Chick name because hopefully I can build another one one day :)
Well it started as a 89 bronco with a 302 .. then we dropped a 460 into it and upgraded the rear axle to a dana 60 and the front axle to a closed knuckle dana 44, matching gears I just can't remember them off the top of my head. C6 Transmission. We made the hood a tilt front end and it comes off very easily with two bolts and some clips so you can get to the engine a lot easier. We also took the hood in a bit over a foot on each side so it was closer to the engine to prevent mud from getting thrown up in there. We used the same idea on the rear fenders as well, pretty much getting rid of the wheel wells all together so mud doesn't get in there and weigh the machine down.. It is wayy easier to clean now! We gutted pretty much the whole interior and got rid of a lot of "optional" pieces on the truck to make it lighter and faster in the mud..we put the radiator in the back of the truck behind the back seats and made a shield so that if anything goes wrong and I have passengers they won't get hurt. This year my friend gave me a set of zoomies or as some ppl who aren't old school call them, up side down headers. We tweaked em a bit and painted them up and they sound amazing.. if you rev the engine in the dark, little flames shoot out.. Gave it a bit more horsepower too..We re did the wiring system, it is very simple; not too many wires and the ignition is push button start now. Has a new starter but battery is pooched. I have two spare rear axles, a 60 and a 70 not 100% on the gears and a spare transmission and divorce transfer case. I have 35"x16".5x16" super swamper boggers on the front and 35" mud hawgs on the back.. I have a few extra mud tires that are decent and a bunch of skinny's if you want them too..
I'm asking 3500 OBO for everything.. Really don't want to take less than 3000 because I have more than double into it
I do not want to get rid of this truck at all.. it is my pride and joy and nothing in my life has ever made me as happy as i am when im rippin in the mud but me and my dad did this together and unfortunately our financial situation won't let us do it anymore so instead of letting it rot somewhere for 5 years I figure I might as well sell it and use the money to help me in school. Im kind of hoping noone wants it so I can keep it but it is a great truck.. I've got 2 first place trophies and a 3rd place to prove it!! and thats with a woman driver :P
I tried to give as much info as i could since this is a unique vehicle but if you have any other questions just ask!
We also have a 18 foot 5th wheel trailer with 6 foot beaver tail for sale.. 3000 obo.. new deck and brakes
